3. Payment Terms

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all project-related information and communication as confidential. The Developer may showcase the completed work in their portfolio unless the Client explicitly requests otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Developer is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the project at any time by providing written notice. The Client will be billed for work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

The Client will be responsible for any associated costs, and these costs will be communicated and agreed upon before the purchase is made.

11.3 Liability: The Developer is not liable for any issues, disruptions, or changes in the functionality of Third-Party Elements, nor for any financial losses or damages resulting from the use of such Third-Party Elements.

11.4 Terms of Use: The Client acknowledges that their use of Third-Party Elements is subject to the terms of use and licensing agreements set forth by the respective third-party providers. The Developer is not responsible for any breaches of these terms by the Client.
