Terms & Condition
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Raj Soni Digital Services (“Developer,” “we,” “us”) and the client (“Client,” “you”) in relation to the website development services provided by the Developer.
2. Scope of Services
The Developer agrees to provide website development and related services as agreed upon in the project proposal or work order provided to the Client. The specifics of the services, including project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing, will be outlined in a separate document.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Initial Payment: A non-refundable upfront payment of [Percentage]% of the total project cost is required before work on the project begins.
3.2 Progress Payments: For projects with an extended timeline, progress payments may be required at designated milestones. The specifics of these payments will be outlined in the project proposal.

4. Project Delays and Revisions

4.2 Revisions: The Client is entitled to a reasonable number of revisions during the project, as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur extra charges.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership: Upon receipt of full payment, the Client will own the website design and development created by the Developer.
5.2 Third-party Elements: The Developer may use third-party software, plugins, or assets in the project. The ownership and licensing terms of these elements will be specified in the project proposal.
Both parties agree to treat all project-related information and communication as confidential. The Developer may showcase the completed work in their portfolio unless the Client explicitly requests otherwise.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Developer is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.
Either party may terminate the project at any time by providing written notice. The Client will be billed for work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

11.2 Payment: The Client agrees that any payments made by the Developer to acquire licenses or subscriptions for Third-Party Elements on behalf of the Client are non-refundable. The Client will be responsible for any associated costs, and these costs will be communicated and agreed upon before the purchase is made.
11.3 Liability: The Developer is not liable for any issues, disruptions, or changes in the functionality of Third-Party Elements, nor for any financial losses or damages resulting from the use of such Third-Party Elements.

Just as the services and effort provided cannot be undone, the payments made to support these endeavors are likewise non-refundable. We greatly appreciate your understanding of our policy, and we remain at your disposal to address any questions or concerns you may have.
